Eduardo Arellanes Loeza

Eduardo comes to Breakthrough Silicon Valley from UC Merced where he worked as a Regional Project Coordinator assisting various school sites with college matriculation access, master planning, and data analysis. His work has focused in advancing student outcomes and bridging the gap from K-12 to Higher Education. He grew up in Los Banos, CA, a small town in the heart of the Central Valley. Eduardo was the first in his family to attend a university; he holds a degree in Economics and Chicano Studies from UC Irvine and is currently obtaining his Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Brandman University. He comes to Breakthrough in order to continue his work and passion for helping all K-12 students obtain the necessary skills to pursue their dreams in higher education.
